The majority of compensation is in the form of a guaranteed salary with an additional monthly bonus based on exceeding our monthly sales goals. Flooring specific experience is required but, we may consider a candidate who has a very extensive skillset and whom is a quick learner and has some background in construction or similar activities. The needs of the position are flexible depending on the applicant and their value to the company. Full Time is preferred but, Part Time may be considered for the right applicant. The position could be based on only inside sales or may involve outside sales and measuring as well, depending on the skills and preference of the applicant.
