(License not required but highly preferred) Your Role: As a vital part of our team, you will: - Engage with potential clients through calls, texts, and in-person visits to retail centers - Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions - Explain policy details, coverage options, and exclusions clearly and confidently - Follow up with prospects, nurture relationships, and close sales - Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate policy terms - Stay updated on industry trends and insurance products - Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with inquiries and policy processing What We're Looking For: - Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is a plus! - Strong knowledge of various insurance products (auto, home, life, health, commercial) - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage - Multilingual skills, especially fluency in Spanish, are a big advantage!
