Location: Walton, KY Company: Crown Staffing Pay: $18-$21/hr DOE Schedule: Monday-Friday Crown Staffing is seeking an experienced Installation Manager & Materials Coordinator to oversee fence installation operations in Walton, KY. This role combines strong leadership, hands-on experience, and excellent organizational skills to ensure smooth, high-quality installations in a labor- intensive, outdoor environment. Key Responsibilities * Lead & Mentor Crews: Supervise multiple installation teams, assign tasks, and ensure quality and safety standards. * Schedule Management: Use Jobber scheduling software (training provided) to assign crews, track projects, and optimize workflows. * Quality Assurance: Conduct on-site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high workmanship standards. * Client Relations: Act as primary on-site contact, confirm schedules, address inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. * Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline installation processes and improve efficiency. Requirements * 3+ years of field crew supervision in construction, fencing, landscaping, or similar trades. * Comfortable using scheduling tools and basic office software. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer-focused. * Strong time management and ability to adapt to changing conditions. * Hands-on understanding of installation processes and outdoor work challenges.
