About the Role We are seeking a Sales professional to support customer service and sales operations. In this role, you will be the primary contact for customers, ensuring precise order fulfillment, comprehensive product support, and exceptional service. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position. Responsibilities * Address customer inquiries about products, pricing, and services via phone and in person to ensure satisfaction. * Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions, enhancing their experience. * Process and manage customer orders using internal systems, ensuring accuracy and timely communication of order status. * Prepare orders for fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and readiness for customer pick-up or delivery. * Articulate product features, benefits, and warranty details to customers, empowering them to make informed decisions. * Apply product knowledge to provide basic technical support and troubleshooting assistance, resolving customer issues effectively. * Identify opportunities to upsell complementary products and promotions, maximizing sales and customer value. * Maintain organized and appealing merchandise displays to enhance the customer shopping experience. Qualifications Required Skills * Ability to remain standing or seated for extended periods. * Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. * Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach. Preferred Skills * Proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, management, and customers. * Experience with Division 8, Division 10, and Division 28 products. * Familiarity with order processing systems.
