Sales Representative - Good American Pool Service Are you a savage closer who thrives on winning and hates losing? Good American Pool Service is a fast-growing start-up shaking up the pool service industry in Southern California. We're looking for a high-energy sales rep (age 22 -35)who's hungry for success, lives to close deals , and wants to grow with a company that 's going places. What You 'll Do: * Work incoming warm leads from our Google Ads (95% residential) - no cold calling. * Close the deal, hand off the customer to our maintenance team, and move on to the next win. * Use our CRM to track leads, follow-ups, and performance metrics. * Earn hourly pay + commissions directly tied to your performance. What We 're Looking For: * Prior sales experience (phone sales preferred). * CRM experience (you know how to track and manage a pipeline). * Alpha energy - no laziness, no excuses, just hustle. * Someone looking to grow into leadership as we scale, with the potential to manage their own team of reps.
