What You 'll Do * Discover and engage new accounts, from trendy restaurants and cocktail bars to wellness shops, boutique groceries, and NA-forward retailers. * Introduce customers to our flavor lineup and explain the benefits of our mood-enhancing natural extracts. * Drop off samples, follow up consistently, and build strong relationships in your territory. * Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. * Keep accounts supported, stocked, and excited about the product. * Manage reorders and account health through our CRM. * Drive territory growth and earn commission on all sales, no caps. Who We 're Looking For * Someone who thrives in relationship-driven sales and enjoys being out in the field. * Someone excited about the growing non-alcoholic beverage market and its potential. * Inside sales experience is advantageous If you are a results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and possess the required skills. * A person excited about wellness, functional beverages, and the NA movement. * A self-starter who can manage their own schedule, follow up quickly, and stay organized. * A team player when needed, but fully capable of running their own territory. * Bonus: experience in beverage, hospitality, CPG, or strong local network connections. * Spanish fluency is a plus in many markets.
