The Entry Level Assistant Manager analyzes coverage maps, competitor moves, and demographic trends to fuel smarter sales strategies. As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you will execute the critical first steps in acquiring new AT&T wireless customers across San Antonio. This Entry Level Assistant Manager role provides intensive training in market research and customer-centric outreach, empowering you to build a robust pipeline and achieve sales success from day one. Role Requirements for the Entry Level Assistant Manager * Research and qualify highpotential residential sales segments within San Antonio to support AT&T's wireless growth and generate new mobile and fiber opportunities. * Oversee the wireless sales enrollment process by ensuring accurate account setup and strict adherence to AT&T's compliance and documentation standards. * Monitor smartphone provisioning and activation schedules with logistics teams, providing residents with timely updates that reinforce sales readiness. * Conduct mobilefocused technical consultations at community access points to explain 5G speed, reliability, and device benefits in salesaligned terms. * Leverage AT&T's sales analytics systems to evaluate lead engagement, identify market patterns, and support leadership with datadriven recommendations. * Troubleshoot enrollment challenges by resolving administrative or devicerelated issues to protect sales momentum and onboarding quality.
