Royal Management is looking for a Sales Representative - Entry Level to guide our Indiana sales force in delivering AT&T's wireless and internet solutions. You'll set the tone by mentoring associates and ensuring every customer interaction leads to success. Main Objectives of the Sales Representative - Entry Level: * Lead by example in customer-facing sales of AT&T wireless and internet services. * Drive team performance through coaching, mentoring, and motivation. * Engage customers directly to close deals and build relationships. * Monitor and report on team sales metrics and progress. * Develop strategies to meet and exceed performance targets. * Collaborate with management to align goals and initiatives. * Foster a positive, high-energy team environment. * Represent Crossroad Telecom with professionalism and leadership.
