A Japanese-based company in the Northern KY area is looking for a new member to join the team. This is an entry level position, but previous experience in customer service or sales assistant is beneficial! The ideal candidate is interested in using their acquired Japanese language skills or learning more about Japanese business culture! Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new customer opportunities - Track and maintain inventory levels, purchasing, and shipping or other records - Resolve general problems, and provide/receive general information - Consult with other departments to understand customer's challenges and work to resolve them accordingly - Collaborate with sales team to create new sales plans - Assist operations staff and for maximization of efficiency and profitability - Collaborate with the executive team to establish new goals - Other duties as assigned by manager Requirements: - Bachelor's degree - 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Support, Data Entry, or Administrative Assistant is a plus - Knowledge/interest in Japanese language or culture (you do not have to be fluent, JLPT N3/4 is also fine) - Detail oriented with strong analytical and mechanical abilities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions / Renaissance Resources Inc. has been a trusted leader in North American recruiting for Japanese businesses for over 25 years.
