Newly licensed agents are given a 90 day Blue Print for Success road map where agents experience 12-18 closings in thier first year. Experienced agents are given a matching standard with company generated appointments set on your calendar. This means if you have 10 closings from your Sphere of Influence, BP Realty will match that with 10 closings to double your business. BP Realty "Real Leads" are leads that we convert into appointments on each agent's calendar (includes agent endorsement). What we can offer you: * Real Lead appointments set on your calendar * An Agent Development platform designed, tested and proven by industry top coach's, agents, teams and brokerages across the country. * No franchise fees, desk fees, or monthly subscription costs.
