The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients, conducting assessments, and driving sales to meet customer needs in roofing solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct on-site evaluations to assess roofing needs and provide tailored solutions. * Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service. * Develop and present proposals, including pricing and project timelines. * Collaborate with installation teams to ensure project specifications are met. * Stay current with industry trends, products, and regulations. * Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth. Requirements: * Proven experience in roofing sales or construction-related sales (minimum 1 year preferred). * Strong knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and installation processes. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to assess client needs and provide effective solutions. * Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Compensation: This position offers 100% commission, providing the opportunity for unlimited earning potential based on sales performance.
