Job Title: National Sales Manager - Surgical Products Location: Worcester, MA Industry: Healthcare Hours: Salaried Salary: USD $125000 - 150000 / Year Identifier: 419MA1225CF Description: Our client is a well-established small medical device company specializing in surgical products and instruments.. We are seeking a National Sales Manager to manage a small direct sales force and continue to build a distribution network. Commercial medical device experience preferred. Base salary: $125-150K with potential commissions and other incentives. Location: Worcester, MA area Requirements: 10+ years of experience managing direct sales representatives Additional experience building a strong distributor network. Experience managing teams that sell into hospital surgical suites. Experience working with GPO and IDN's. Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred. Commercial medical device experience preferred. Ability to travel domestically and internationally. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
