What You 'll Need (Minimum Requirements) * Must be at least 18 years of age. * 8+ months of prior customer service or sales experience in a retail or sales environment. * Basic proficiency with computers, software, Microsoft products, and mobile or auxiliary devices. * Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer and company information. * Ability to quickly process and maintain changing information and product knowledge. * Legally authorized to work in the United States. * High school diploma/GED required; Undergraduate degree is a plus. * Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required. Physical Demands * Must be able to stand for long periods of time throughout a shift. * Must be able to move and/or lift up to 20 pounds. * Employees must be able to talk and hear, be detail-oriented, and maintain clear communication. * Employees must maintain a calm and positive attitude daily while at work. * Employees must be versatile and possess full mobility to assist in all operational aspects, including merchandising, packing, inventory management, phone bar setup, and pricing displays. Being a mobile, key team player in a wireless environment is a must.
