Business Development Manager (Entry-Level) Restoration Industry We are seeking a highly motivated, entry-level Business Development Manager to help grow our restoration company through relationship-building and strategic outreach. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is comfortable meeting new people, enjoys networking, and is eager to learn how to build partnerships and generate business. No prior sales experience is required - comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided for candidates with the right mindset and work ethic. The ideal candidate is coachable, driven, and confident communicating with professionals across the restoration, construction, and insurance ecosystem. This position offers a clear path for growth in B2B sales and account management. What You 'll Do * Proactively source and develop new referral partnerships to drive revenue growth * Build and maintain long-term relationships with plumbers, insurance agents, property managers, and risk management teams * Conduct in-person outreach, networking, and local marketing initiatives within your territory * Manage and grow a pipeline of new and existing accounts * Deliver company presentations, and proposals to secure new referral partnerships * Convert networking events leads into ongoing referral relationships * Collaborate with operations to ensure an excellent client experience from initial contact through completion * Consistently work toward and exceed lead and revenue goals Ideal Traits & Skills (Experience Not Required) * Personable, energetic, and confident in face-to-face interactions * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and accountability * Comfortable with field-based work and local outreach * Willingness to learn sales fundamentals, restoration processes, and CRM tools * Organized and able to manage multiple relationships and follow-ups Experience in B2B sales, CRM platforms (such as HubSpot), restoration, construction, or insurance is a plus, but not required.
