Leasing Agent Location: Columbus, Ohio Job Type: Full-time | Pay: from $18/hr (base + commissions, where applicable) | Schedule: Monday - Friday | Work Location: In-person About Us We are an established property management company overseeing a diverse multifamily portfolio across multiple U.S. markets. Position Overview We are seeking part-time and full-time Leasing Agents to support leasing, marketing, and resident relations at our communities in the Columbus, Ohio market. Reporting to the Property Manager, this role combines sales, customer service, and marketing to drive leasing activity and support resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate is energetic, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Key Responsibilities * Lease apartment homes by converting calls, online leads, and tours into executed leases. * Assist with marketing efforts, maintain online listings, and follow up on all prospects. * Maintain accurate guest cards and prospect records in the property management system. * Build positive relationships with prospects and residents through strong customer service. * Maintain knowledge of the property and local competitors. * Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and all applicable housing laws. * Support resident events and assist with daily onsite operations as needed. Qualifications * Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. * Prior experience in sales, leasing, property management, or customer service preferred. * Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word essential; experience with Appfolio is a plus. * Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Professional appearance and positive, outgoing attitude Why Join Us?
