We serve a diverse customer base -- from small-scale grow-at-home plant enthusiasts to large-scale farmers -- offering solutions for indoor growing, greenhouse operations, and commercial agriculture. Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated, sales-oriented professional to drive growth, build customer relationships, and represent LPC Naturals' products to a variety of customers -- from home growers to agricultural businesses. The ideal candidate will understand (or be keen to learn) the science and benefits behind our plant-health products, enjoy engaging with clients, and help expand our market reach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively reach out to prospective customers (growers, gardeners, farms, greenhouse operators, etc.) -- via phone, email, in person, or at trade/agriculture events.
  • Present, explain, and recommend LPC Naturals' products and their benefits (e.g., improved crop health, yield, plant vigor) in a clear, informative manner.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and follow up to support their needs.
  • Meet or exceed individual and company sales targets (monthly, quarterly, or as defined).
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to coordinate orders, manage inventory/demand, and ensure timely product delivery.
  • Collect customer feedback and relay insights to internal teams to help refine services, product usage guidance, or future product development.
  • Keep up-to-date with product features, benefits, and relevant agricultural/natural-products developments to effectively advise customers.
  • Represent LPC Naturals at trade shows, agricultural fairs, or industry events when needed.
Qualifications

& Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, business development, or a customer-facing role (preferably in agriculture, horticulture, or natural products -- but not strictly required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills -- able to clearly explain technical or scientific product information to diverse clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good organizational skills, with an ability to track clients, follow up, and manage multiple leads or orders.
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems) and willingness to learn any internal systems. Preferred / Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge of plant biology, agriculture, horticulture, or experience working with growers/farmers.
  • Familiarity with natural / biological product lines and interest in sustainable agriculture / plant health.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales or working with wholesale / bulk customers.
  • Ability to travel occasionally (for client visits, trade shows, conferences).
  • Comfortable with occasional flexibility in work hours (to accommodate client schedule or events). What We Offer
