Job Summary Infiniti of Peoria is seeking a motivated and dynamic Luxury Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for sales, driving both individual and team success. Responsibilities * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and follow-up. * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs. * Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting products and services. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitive landscape. * Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction. * Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Qualifications * Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is Must! * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Basic knowledge of sales techniques and strategies is an advantage. * High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or related fields is a plus.
