TC Consumer Consulting is expanding our AT&T campaign and seeking a motivated AT&T Customer Sales Associate to join our San Antonio team. This position includes hands-on development in customer interaction, sales presentation, and account support while helping local customers upgrade their wireless and fiber services. We proudly represent AT&T to introduce new technology options and deliver reliable service solutions throughout the region. As an AT&T Customer Sales Associate, you'll guide customers through available plans, help them choose the right services for their needs, and support them through enrollment and upgrades. AT &T Customer Sales Associate Responsibilities: * Serve as a main point of contact for customers interested in AT&T wireless and high-speed internet services. * Explain product features, break down plan differences, and present AT&T solutions in an easy-to-understand way. * Assist customers with signing up for new services, upgrading accounts, and making changes to their existing plans. * Share personalized recommendations that enhance customer satisfaction and build trust. * Answer questions, resolve basic service concerns, and provide clear guidance throughout each interaction. * Partner with leadership and teammates to meet weekly and monthly performance goals. * Look for opportunities to improve outreach, streamline the customer experience, and support account growth. * Maintain accurate records and follow all confidentiality, compliance, and campaign guidelines. Qualifications of the AT &T Customer Sales Associate: * High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus. * Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or account management preferred. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team. * Strong communication skills and confidence when speaking with customers. * Positive, adaptable, and ready to work in a fast-moving environment. * Interest in telecom, wireless technology, or consumer electronics is helpful. * Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving abilities.
