We're looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team! This role is based at The [please apply online]. Andrews, but you'll also support leasing efforts at a couple of smaller nearby properties. If you're skilled in leasing, marketing, and resident relations -- and you enjoy working in a fast- paced environment -- this could be the perfect fit. What You 'll Do: * Greet and tour prospective residents, highlighting our community features. * Manage the leasing process from inquiry to move-in. * Support leasing for multiple properties in town. * Market available units online, on social platforms, and through community outreach. * Use Yardi and RentCafe CRM Flex to track leads, applications, and leases. * Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects. What We 're Looking For: * Previous residential leasing and marketing experience (required). * Familiarity with Yardi and RentCafe CRM Flex. * Strong sales and customer service skills. * Organized, reliable, and able to work weekends as needed.
