Full description of the position

Job Duties: - Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads and promote company products and services - Utilize warm calling techniques to establish rapport and build relationships with customers - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and lead generation efforts in the CRM system - Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company - Occasional travel required to build client relations and new customer onboarding. Recommended Experience - Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or a related field - Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships - Experience in outbound calling or telemarketing is preferred - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
