Overview

: The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a key role in connecting with homeowners, understanding their goals, and helping them take the first step toward transforming their space. This role is ideal for those with great communication skills and a desire to grow within a winning team. Your Day-to-Day:

• Generate qualified leads and set appointments
• Conduct discovery calls and provide initial estimates
• Record all client information and progress in CRM systems
• Work closely with sales and marketing to hit monthly goals
