Experienced Team Lead - Sales Associate to lead a team of 2 sales associates while actively working in a sales role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth store operations. Flexibility is key, as this role may require covering weekend shifts or stepping in when other team members are unavailable. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and support a team of 2 sales associates, ensuring they meet performance goals and deliver outstanding customer service. * Actively work as a sales associate, assisting customers, handling transactions, and promoting products. * Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, ordering, and tracking. * Ensure smooth daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling. * Provide excellent communication and leadership to maintain a positive team environment. * Handle any staffing challenges, such as covering shifts if team members call off. * Assist in the implementation of store promotions and special events. Qualifications: * Previous retail experience, ideally in a leadership role. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Ability to lead by example and foster a team environment. * Flexibility to work weekends or fill in as needed. * Passion for customer service and attention to detail.
