Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager specializing in door-to-door sales for water well pumps. This role involves developing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence through direct engagement. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales strategies, and experience in B2B and technical sales environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence company growth while working in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. Responsibilities * Lead and motivate the door-to-door sales team to achieve sales targets and expand customer base * Develop strategic sales plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities * Engage with potential clients through outbound calling, warm calling, and in-person visits * Conduct effective negotiations to close deals and foster long-term relationships * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies and promotional campaigns * Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions * Train and mentor team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and CRM tools * Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly Requirements * Proven experience in B2B sales, technical sales, inside sales, or telemarketing roles * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written * Ability to develop business through outbound calling, warm calling, and face-to-face interactions * Knowledge of marketing principles and business development strategies * Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously * Previous experience in technology or service-based sales is preferred This role is ideal for motivated professionals eager to make an impact through direct customer engagement and strategic sales initiatives.
