Your Purpose as a Guest Services Representative: * Accurately receives cash, checks, and credit card payments for service work. * Accurately calculate and communicate repair orders. * Verify the identity of the person picking up the vehicle by checking their name on credit card, check, or driver's license. * Organize and file repair orders, invoices, and lists of missing documents. * Reconcile cash drawer during shift changes and daily for start/end of business. * Supply amenities for the customer waiting area and help keep it clean. * Provide backup assistance to all customer relations departments as needed. * Assists in the delivery of vehicles, if needed. * Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
