Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Firearm Manufacture Field Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, providing exceptional customer support, and representing our brand in various field settings. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of client services, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Multilingual abilities and experience in sales or call center operations are highly valued to enhance customer interactions and expand our outreach. Responsibilities * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding firearm manufacturing products and services * Conduct on-site visits to demonstrate products, gather client feedback, and identify opportunities for growth * Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication, addressing inquiries via phone or in person * Assist with data entry related to client interactions, orders, and service records using Microsoft Office and other computer tools * Manage outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, promote new products, or resolve issues * Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions to ensure accurate documentation * Support sales efforts by identifying client needs and offering tailored solutions * Uphold professional phone etiquette and communication skills during all customer interactions Experience * Previous experience in sales, customer support, or client services is preferred * Call center experience or outbound calling background is advantageous * Familiarity with data entry, Microsoft Office applications, and basic computer skills is required * Bilingual abilities (English plus additional languages) are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases effectively * Strong analysis skills and attention to detail are essential for assessing client needs and documenting interactions * Experience in cash handling or typing is a plus but not mandatory * Prior experience working in the firearm industry or manufacturing environment is beneficial but not required This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who excel in communication, enjoy engaging with clients, and are eager to represent a reputable firearm manufacturing company.
