• Handle customer inquiries via phone with courteous phone etiquette, providing information on product availability and store policies.
• Support inventory management by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting regular stock checks.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the sales floor to create an inviting shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Apply basic math skills for transactions, discounts, and inventory counts while adhering to retail math principles.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially within furniture or home goods stores.
