Asset Resolution Partners is a niche real estate investment company based in San Antonio, Texas and URGENTLY hiring for an Acquisition Specialist role! This position will be fully immersed in property acquisition, assisting the Partners at ARP. We are looking for someone proficient with office management tools and software for lead management, as well as exceptional oral communication skills. The Acquisition Specialist role will be initiating and receiving frequent phone, text, and/or email communication with our clients from the company office centrally located in San Antonio at 8531 N New Braunfels Ave. ARP management will provide hands-on desk training and you will be part of a team that values hard work and accountability. Role Responsibilities * Make and receive calls from buyers and sellers of real estate to facilitate the purchasing needs of the company * Build rapport and cultivate strong client relationships with Buyers and Sellers, and participate in negotiations * Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects using CRM software. * Track daily/weekly/monthly data and company goals * Coordinate and execute miscellaneous real estate related projects assigned by Partners * Skilled in drafting legal documents for executing and recording * Role requires a "team player" attitude * In-house sales training will accompany Qualifications * 2-3 years sales experience required (real estate experience preferred, but not required) * Desire/drive for working in a fast-paced environment (sale cycles are short and will need to monitor multiple sales) * Skilled in researching legal documents (genealogy experience is a PLUS!) * "Can-do" attitude with the ability to listen and empathize with others, and pivot to the needs of the Partners and per sale transaction * In-office, full time (office hours are 8am - 5pm; work schedule may vary) * Microsoft product suite proficient * Exceptional phone etiquette with an emphasis on genuine empathy and compassion * Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities * The ability to operate both in a quiet and a distracted environment without losing focus * Experience in a Law Office or Title Company is a plus! Pay Structure * Full-time, 40 hours per week * Salary + Commission = $75,000 - $150,000+ * Benefits kick in after successful completion of 45-day probation period (at which point the position will move to 100% commission) * Federal Holidays off Job Type: Contract Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance Work Location: In personAsset Resolution Partners
