Team Building: * Oversee the training process of each new team member and ensure their needs are met to result in high company profitability * Ensure that a coaching culture is present in the store, where everyone receives timely acknowledgement for their successes and feedback on areas of opportunity * Creativity is a must while overseeing monthly meetings and sales incentive opportunities Training: * Ensuring the highest quality guests care, in line with the SHORE culture, and implanting this within your team * Oversee product knowledge, making sure each member of our team is well versed in our SHORE brand awareness, as well as those of the products we sell * Instilling a sense of unity and togetherness into your team, working towards a common goal * You will be one of the go to resources for any questions, big and small, and all feedback, good and bad * Maintain constant coaching and growth with your team Merchandising: * Ensure that SHORE's merchandising standards are followed and maintained at all times * Maintains inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels; anticipating customer demand, while adjusting as needed to sustain accurate inventory levels Operations * Apply Shore's cash handling and shortage prevention procedures * Ensure that standards of safety and cleanliness, stock room, lockers, kitchen, bathroom, etc., are maintained * Create and Maintain a store employee schedule based on weekly/monthly projections and stay within the allotted payroll percentages Knowledge and Skills required * Radiates positive energy and inspires growth within those around you * Natural entrepreneurial spirit and problem solving skills * Leadership skills with a strong voice and open mind * Understanding of retail profit margins, with the ability to balance a budget * Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals * Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint Experience Preferred * 1 years experience in APPAREL retail * Excellent leadership and management experience preferred Minimum Educational Level * High School Graduate or equivalent * Relevant college degree preferred Requirements of the Job * Skilled in inspiring and leading your sales team * Prepared to work in a fast paced, ever changing working environment * Able to successfully multitask * Able to work flexible days/nights/hours including weekends and holidays in standard with a management retail position * Understanding that this is a job which requires a significant amount of time standing COMPANY OVERVIEW: Welcome to a day on the beach.
