This role is ideal for someone who is highly customer-service oriented and comfortable identifying opportunities that strengthen client relationships, retention, and overall coverage. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of relevant insurance agency customer service experience. Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Requirements Qualifications: Active Property and casualty license Minimum of 2 years of relevant Insurance agency customer service experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-minded approach with a strong service-first mentality Comfortable initiating conversations around coverage needs, including life insurance Highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused Responsibilities Responsibilities include: Greeting and assisting clients in person and by phone Providing exceptional customer service to support client retention Handling cancellation call notifications Conducting renewal reviews with clients Identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services Assisting with potential policy rewrites to better meet client needs Asking qualifying questions to identify life insurance needs and generating leads to refer to our Life Insurance Representative Supporting general administrative and miscellaneous customer service tasks as needed
