Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, business development, and territory management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships. Duties * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new clients and expand existing accounts within assigned territories. * Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our roofing solutions. * Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging CRM software such as Salesforce. * Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiation and upselling strategies. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM tools. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive sales. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. * Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends. * Manage territory effectively by planning visits, follow-ups, and maintaining ongoing client relationships. Skills * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management within the roofing or construction industry preferred. * Strong management skills with the ability to lead negotiations and close deals effectively. * Expertise in business development, account management, and lead generation techniques. * Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales activities. * Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and negotiations. * Ability to perform market analysis and develop strategic plans for territory growth. * Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships. * Skilled in cold calling, direct sales, upselling, and product demonstrations. * Knowledge of marketing strategies related to technology sales or retail sales is a plus.
