Job Title: Tile & Stone - Inside Sales & Warehouse Rep Location: Simi Valley, California Industry: Tile and Natural Stone Retailer Company: Euro Stone America International Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales & Warehouse Representative to join our dynamic team at our tile and natural stone store. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background, capable of managing both sales and warehouse responsibilities, while meeting sales quotas and leading by example. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be bilingual in Spanish and English, and have significant experience in retail sales, preferably within the construction, flooring, and tile and stone industries. Responsibilities: * Greet and assist clients with their projects throughout every phase of the sale, including answering questions, making product suggestions and assisting with selection, and post-sale follow-up. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction. * Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas; prepare weekly and monthly sales reports. * Provide guidance to other sales and warehouse associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment. * Maintain customers up-to-date on their order and project status. * Handle sample check-out and check-in, project consultation scheduling, order taking and processing, follow-up on special orders and/or backorders, and special-order pickup scheduling. * Receive new products and special orders, verify against packing slips and purchase orders, inspect for breakage or discrepancies, and follow through as needed to resolve any issues. * Assist customers with unloading and loading orders from their vehicles as needed. * Ensure all showroom and slab yard products are labeled and priced, order new showroom samples from vendors as needed, and label new product arrivals. * Maintain a clean and organized showroom, warehouse, and slab yard, and comply with safety guidelines. * Expand knowledge of the tile and natural stone industry, key vendors, and newest industry trends. * Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: * High school degree. College degree preferred. * Bilingual Spanish/English is a must. * 4+ years of retail sales experience required -preferably in the construction, flooring, or tile and stone industry. * Valid California Driver's License * Leadership skills and experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferred. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with clients with different personalities with patience and respect. * Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude, and ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work retail hours from Monday through Saturday. * Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Preferred Qualifications: * College or trade school degree in interior design, architecture, or construction. * Prior experience selling tile, hardwood, and natural stone tile and slabs. * Good with numbers and the ability to determine square footage needed from a drawing. * Computer skills with a thorough understanding of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. * Slab estimation experience and ability to drive a forklift a huge plus.
