Job Description We're hiring motivated individuals to work as Field Sales Representatives. This is a commission-only, performance-based role for people who want control over how much they earn and are willing to put in the effort to make that happen. No prior sales or solar experience is required. We provide the tools, systems, and resources needed to get started. What you 'll be doing * Speaking with homeowners in person * Starting conversations around energy and electricity costs * Setting appointments for solar consultations You are not responsible for closing deals , and you are not collecting money. Your role is focused on generating opportunities. How solar works (simple explanation) Most homeowners go solar by reducing their monthly electricity costs , rather than paying a large upfront price. The conversation is centered around replacing an expensive utility bill with a more affordable, fixed energy bill. This makes the role straightforward to learn and practical to execute. Compensation * Commission-only position * Typical annual earnings range: $60,000 - $150,000+, based on performance * Paid per appointment that results in a completed sale * Commissions are paid quickly , not months after the work is done A full breakdown of how compensation works is provided during the in-person interview.
