Who You Are: As an Account Manage r at Thumbprint, you'll be the quarterback for your clients--driving relationships, overseeing projects, and delivering creative, tech-forward merchandise solutions. You'll lead with empathy, operate with urgency, and solve problems before they happen. This is a role for someone who owns their results, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to help reshape an industry from the inside out. What You'll Do: * Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts. * Manage day-to-day client needs, ensuring top-notch service, accurate orders, and strong project execution. * Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and creative product presentations. * Coordinate with account directors, project managers, creative teams, and operations to bring campaigns to life. * Submit and manage purchase orders and oversee apparel and product orders. * Resolve issues quickly and proactively. * Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic problem-solving. * Stay current on branded product trends, digital tools, and custom packaging ideas that elevate the client experience. * Performance Goals* In your first 90 days, you'll onboard with 10-15 active accounts, launch 3+ custom merch projects, and develop a growth strategy for your top clients What You Bring: * 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or sales. * Promotional products, branded merchandise, marketing, or ecommerce experience preferred. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. * Strong communication and relationship skills. * Super organized, quick learner, accountable, and able to juggle multiple projects. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. * Experience with CRM systems, online ordering platforms, and digital portals.
