Purpose / General Description : Coordinate the sales of our industry leading product lines to our North American customers and distribution network. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Support sales efforts to close business * Accurately forecast sales opportunities * Review & communicate technical information * Prepare quotes, estimates, proposals & budgetary numbers * Plan, implement and communicate project scope of work and schedule * Liaison with internal company departments to serve our customers * Lead pipeline management * Coordinate sales efforts of new products and services Minimum Requirements : * Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience * 3 years of CRM experience including pipeline management, sales forecasting, and data management * In depth experience of sales quotation tools * Working knowledge of qualifying opportunities, reviewing specifications/plans, and performing take-offs * Displays high energy and enthusiasm under tight deadlines and work pressures * Ability to clearly convey information and ideas through both verbal and written communication * Ability to effectively work as an active and contributing member of a team to complete assignments and achieve goals * Ability to use appropriate interpersonal skills and methods in difficult and complex situations to provide resolutions to customers * Excellent time management skills * Experience with Microsoft Office is required and business writing is required * Fluency in Spanish is a plus (verbal & written) As an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran, or disability status.
