Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. Duties * Conduct outbound calls, including warm calling and telemarketing to prospective clients * Develop new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship building * Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals in B2B environments * Utilize CRM software like Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions * Present and demonstrate technology products or services tailored to client needs * Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and outreach strategies * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product features, and competitive landscape * Support business development initiatives by identifying potential markets and clients Qualifications * Proven experience in sales, particularly in technology sales, B2B sales, or inside sales roles * Must be fluent in Vietnamese and English * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written * Experience with outbound calling, warm calling, telemarketing, and marketing strategies * Ability to understand technical products and communicate complex information clearly * Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships * Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment * Business development experience is preferred but not required This position offers an engaging environment for motivated sales professionals eager to advance their careers while contributing to our company's growth.
