Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Internet Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. This role involves engaging with customers through various online platforms, managing the sales pipeline, and providing exceptional customer service to drive high-end sales. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective outbound sales strategies, including cold calling and email outreach. * Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure timely follow-up with prospects. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, utilizing strong public speaking skills to engage potential customers. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive traffic and generate leads. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. * Upsell products and services to maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining a focus on customer needs. * Manage inventory control and assist in inventory management processes to ensure product availability for customers. * Leverage bilingual or multilingual capabilities to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele. * Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels. Qualifications * Experience in automotive internet sales * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Strong phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.
