Job Overview We are looking for an energetic Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager is responsible for effectively soliciting and becoming familiar with all accounts in his/her market segments. He/she is also responsible for prospecting and closing assigned accounts/territories to impact hotel revenues positively. The Sales Manager will work in conjunction with the General Manager to achieve the hotel's revenue and market share goals the property. Responsibilities * Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company targets and objectives * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand customer base and increase revenue * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities * Conduct B2B sales presentations, negotiations, and closing of deals * Oversee account management activities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention * Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce for tracking sales activities, forecasting, and analysis * Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies * Provide leadership, coaching, and training to team members to enhance their performance * Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions Experience * Proven experience in outside sales, management, or technical sales roles * Strong background in B2B sales with demonstrated success in business development * Familiarity with marketing strategies and technology sales environments * Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships * Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing or mentoring sales teams * Strong analytical skills to interpret data for strategic decision-making * Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to address client needs effectively. * Meet and exceed your sales calls goals. .
