TC Consumer Consulting is expanding in the San Antonio area and is hiring motivated individuals for our Business Development Representative team. This role is designed for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, business operations, and team leadership while representing one of the nation's leading telecom providers, AT&T. This is a face-to-face, residential role, where you'll learn how businesses are built from the ground up, starting with customer acquisition, brand representation, and sales strategy. As an Business Development Representative, you will work directly with homeowners to upsell AT&T's products and services, all while learning how to manage the backend of sales and business development from start to finish by your leadership team. Business Development Representative Responsibilities: * Represent AT&T products and services through residential, door-to-door outreach. * Engage homeowners to educate them on AT&T Fiber and current promotional offers. * Execute sales presentations while providing excellent customer service. * Learn day-to-day business operations including sales tracking, territory management, and performance metrics. * Collaborate with team members to hit daily and weekly sales and business goals. * Participate in hands-on training focused on leadership, sales strategy, and business development. Business Development Representative - What We're Looking For: * High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework in business, marketing, or communications is a plus. * Interest in sales, business management, and leadership development. * Strong communication skills and confidence working face-to-face with customers. * Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset. * Comfortable working outdoors and in a residential (D2D) environment. * Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
