We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales & Events Representative to join our growing team. Sales Representative Location: Woodland Hills, CA (In-Office, Full-Time) Travel Required: Occasional travel for conventions and trade shows This individual will promote USA Express to new and existing clients, attend industry conventions, and serve as a professional ambassador for our brands. You will play a key role in expanding our client base by identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and presenting solutions that meet the unique needs of law firms and corporate clients. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain a network of contacts to generate new business opportunities. * Communicate with prospects and clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored services. * Present and demonstrate USA Express services to potential clients; clearly and confidently explain our services (investigations, process serving, filings, proofs, etc.). * Attend trade shows, conventions, and networking events to represent and promote the company. * Negotiate agreements and pricing in a fiscally responsible manner. * Drive new business through professional networking and direct sales. * Monitor budgets and ensure responsible use of company resources when traveling or entertaining. * Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and follow-ups. * Provide periodic sales forecasts and progress updates to management. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. * Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Skills and Abilities * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Confidence in presenting and networking at events. * Self-motivated with a proactive sales mindset. * Effective communication and presentation skills, able to clearly articulate services, value propositions, and company expertise. * Knowledgeable in lead generation, client follow-up, and converting prospects into long-term business relationships. Qualifications * Minimum 2-3 years of sales/business development experience. * Prior experience representing a company at industry events or trade shows. * Exceptional communication and presentation skills -- articulate, well-spoken, and persuasive. * Strong knowledge of legal support services and terminology. * Skilled negotiator. * Budget-conscious and fiscally responsible. PAY RATE- $65,000 annually (exempt, full Time)plus travel expenses
