Baker Insurance Agency is a high end boutique insurance agency serving clients who value expertise, responsiveness, and long term relationships. We specialize in well structured Personal Lines insurance for high level individuals and complex households, including hard to place risks that require experience, strategy, and confidence. We are seeking a Personal Lines Producer who is disciplined, polished, and comfortable being held accountable to clear production and review standards. Role OverviewThis role is responsible for producing new Personal Lines business, conducting regular client account reviews, and identifying opportunities to strengthen protection through both Property and Casualty and Life insurance. The right candidate will be comfortable placing business with both admitted and non admitted markets and navigating complex home, auto, umbrella, and high value account structures. What You'll Do * Produce a minimum of $35,000 or more per month in Farmers Personal Lines premium * Quote, bind, and manage new Personal Lines business * Place business in both admitted and non admitted markets as needed based on risk and underwriting * Conduct regular policy and coverage reviews with clients * Identify coverage gaps and cross sell appropriate solutions, including Life insurance * Maintain a clean, active pipeline with consistent follow up * Partner with CSRs and operations to ensure smooth onboarding, renewals, and endorsements * Represent the agency with professionalism, discretion, and confidence Sales and Performance Expectations * Consistent monthly production of $35,000 or more in Farmers Personal Lines premium * Participation in scheduled client reviews and retention strategy * Life insurance production is a required component of this role * Timely follow up, accurate documentation, and strong communication are expected Required Experience and Licensing * Minimum 3 years of Personal Lines insurance experience * Active Property and Casualty license required * Active Life insurance license required * Proven experience selling Personal Lines insurance * Strong knowledge of non admitted markets and hard to place risks required * Comfortable working with high net worth households and high level individuals * Ability to perform in a fast paced, high expectation environment Who You Are * Confident, disciplined, and self motivated * Comfortable with accountability, goals, and metrics * Polished communicator with strong client presence * Organized, consistent, and detail oriented * Solutions focused with the ability to navigate underwriting and placement challenges * Collaborative with service and operations teams Compensation and Benefits * Competitive compensation structure based on experience and production * Benefits package available * Opportunity to build a long term, high quality Personal Lines book Why B.W.
