Job Summary Key Responsibilities: * Conduct regular visits to accounts to build relationships, ensure brand presence, and provide ongoing support. * Serve as the primary point of contact for retail stores, vape shops, wholesalers, and distribution partners within your territory. * Assist in executing local campaigns, events, and promotions such as Cash & Carry events and Happy Hours. * Collect and report market feedback, competitor activity, and store-level insights. * Ensure merchandising standards are upheld, with current promotional displays and properly stocked inventory. * Monitor brand compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines. * Provide product education and training to retail staff to enhance the customer experience. * Collaborate with internal teams to communicate inventory needs, field performance, and growth opportunities. Key Qualifications: * Bachelor degree or above. * 2-3 years in territory management, field support, or customer-facing roles (vape or CPG industry experience is a plus). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Organized and self-driven, with strong attention to detail. * Comfortable traveling regularly within your assigned region. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. * Familiarity with vape industry products or regulations is beneficial.
