Retail is long hours but we make our stores feel like home, and our customers love the atmosphere too! Our crews at all 5 locations are mostly made up of 10-20 year furniture sales veterans. Responsibilities * Meet minimum sales expectations and show growth potential * Be capable of growing and able to take over management when there is a future opening * Learn and adapt quickly to our systems * Close sales and be responsible for your customers quickly without continual help and guidance * Be a team player, have a family-first mentality, maintain positive values and morals * Stay up-to-date with new products/services Skills * Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role * Understanding of the retail sales process * Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships * Ability to perform in fast-paced environments Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Employee discount * Paid time off * Parental leave * Retirement plan Work Location: In person
