Outside Sales Representative Location: Natick, MA (field-based / in-person) Pay: From $50,000 per year (plus growth potential) Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We're growing and looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our marketing solutions team. This is a field- based role for someone who enjoys being out in the community, meeting business owners face-to-face, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships. If you thrive outside of an office and like having control over your day, this role offers the freedom and structure to succeed. What You'll Be Doing * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within an assigned territory * Visit local businesses 2-3 days per week to meet with owners and decision-makers * Set appointments and lead in-person sales conversations * Present customized marketing solutions tailored to each client's goals * Prepare quotes and proposals, negotiate, and close new business * Follow up with prospects and clients via phone and email * Track sales activity, pipeline, and follow-ups in the CRM * Handle administrative tasks such as quoting, account updates, and documentation * Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction What We're Looking For * At least 1 year of outside sales or B2B prospecting experience (marketing industry experience is a plus, not required) * Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently * Goal-oriented with experience working in a quota-based environment * Confident communicator who enjoys relationship-building * Able to work in the field 2-3 days per week * Willing and able to travel within the territory (approximately 50%) Why You'll Like This Role * Base salary starting at $50,000 with room to grow * Field-based role with autonomy and variety in your day * Supportive team and structured onboarding * Opportunity to build long-term client relationships * Growing company with advancement potential Work Location: In person / field-based Commute Requirement: Natick, MA 01760 Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $50,000.00 per year Ability to Commute: * Natick, MA 01760 (Required) Willingness to travel: * 50% (Required) Work Location: In person
