Call Center Manager - Inbound Sales & Customer Support WholesaleMarine.com WholesaleMarine.com is a leading ecommerce retailer in the marine and boating industry. We are seeking an experienced Call Center Manager to lead, support, and develop our inside sales and customer service team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching agents, improving performance, and ensuring an excellent customer experience--all in an inbound-only call center environment. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day operations of the inbound sales and customer support team * Assist agents with: * Sales opportunities and closing orders * Product and parts lookup questions * Customer issue resolution * Handle manager escalation calls and complex customer situations * Coach, train, and motivate agents to improve sales performance and service quality * Monitor call quality, sales metrics, and customer satisfaction * Create and manage agent schedules to ensure proper coverage * Work closely with leadership to improve processes, scripts, and workflows * Support onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing agents What We 're Looking For * Previous call center or inside sales management experience * Strong leadership and coaching skills * Ability to assist agents in real-time with sales and customer support questions * Experience handling escalated customer calls professionally * Organized, reliable, and confident decision-maker * Comfortable working in a fast-paced ecommerce environment Strong Bonus (Not Required) * Marine or boating industry knowledge * Experience with technical or parts-based product sales * Ecommerce, retail, or catalog sales background Schedule & Work Environment * Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM * No nights, weekends, or holidays * Inbound calls only * Collaborative, team-oriented environment Why [please apply online] * Established and respected marine ecommerce brand * Stable schedule and strong work-life balance * Opportunity to lead and grow a specialized sales team * Hands-on management role with real impact on performance and customer experience If you enjoy leading teams, improving sales performance, and helping customers succeed, we 'd love to hear from you.
