Responsibilities * Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand the customer base. * Manage and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits aligned with their needs. * Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize sales opportunities within assigned regions. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation efforts. * Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings to stay ahead in the marketplace. * Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue streams. * Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Skills * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously. * Excellent business development capabilities including lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales techniques. * Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and analyzing sales data. * Effective negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently while ensuring mutual benefit. * Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Knowledge of marketing strategies that support sales growth and brand positioning. * Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is a plus. * Strong analysis skills for assessing market opportunities and developing strategic plans. * Ability to deliver compelling product demos that address client needs effectively.
