Role As an Inside Sales Representative at Alpha Software, you are a key player in the sales, marketing, and lead generation process. Responsibilities * Manage a growing pipeline of opportunities, delivering bookings to exceed quota. * Execute our qualification process. * Leverage marketing activity with calls and emails to drive prospects to conferences, events, webinars, and other content; persistent follow-up post-event to nurture and qualify leads. * Provide feedback to marketing with market intelligence to identify best practices for lead generation. * Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Alpha Software's products and those of our competitors. * Collaborate with other parts of the organization by documenting and maintaining customer interactions in CRM software. Experience * BA/BS degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience. Any of these are bonus attributes, but not required * Experience using a CRM tool such as Salesforce, HubSpot, SugarCRM, etc. * Experience selling software and SaaS products * Experience with mobile technologies, low-code/no-code application development platforms, enterprise software (e.g. ERP, MES, SCM, CRM, etc.) * Formalized sales methodology training (e.g., Sandler, Challenger, SPIN, etc.)
