• Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and present solutions
• Conduct roof inspections and generate accurate estimates
• Guide clients through insurance claims and storm damage processes
• Follow up on leads and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure a smooth customer experience Pay & Incentives:
• On-target earnings: $80K -$150K+ (W2 position with commission structure)
• Company vehicle provided
• Uncapped earning potential Schedule & Location:
• Appointments set for you daily (10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm)
• Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends as needed
• Office: 1290 Kennestone Cir, Marietta, GA Must-Have

Requirements

:

• 2-5 years of proven sales experience (roofing or construction preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
