Summary In a fast growing environment, the Business Development Representative at Poster Compliance Center is responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and educating organizations on Poster Compliance Center's workplace compliance solutions. The BDR serves as the first point of contact for potential clients, building strong relationships, and uncovering needs. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to articulate the value of compliance-focused products and services while supporting overall revenue and growth objectives. Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels. * Conduct outbound calls and follow up on inbound and outbound leads to generate interest in our services. * Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies. * Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage the sales pipeline. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. * Acquire product knowledge and demonstrate it to prospects in video calls. * Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Qualifications * Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals. * Proficient user of CRM software - Dynamics 365 is preferred. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * A proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities. * Knowledge of labor law compliance is a plus, but not required.
