Location: Medina with travel in Northeast Ohio Department: Sales MCS Building Solutions is seeking a driven and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team! As a family-owned company with over 41 years of trusted service in Northeast Ohio, we are committed to delivering high-quality janitorial and facility solutions to commercial clients. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our growth by building relationships, developing new business opportunities, and guiding prospects through the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to signed service agreements. Key Responsibilities * Identify and qualify prospective clients within target industries (manufacturing, education, distribution centers, property managed buildings and commercial office). * Initiate and lead the sales process by scheduling building walkthroughs, conducting needs assessments, and delivering professional solution-driven presentations. * Build, develop, and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding customer pain points and offering tailored janitorial and facility solutions. * Manage your pipeline through our CRM (Salesforce), ensuring all client information, communications, and opportunities are accurate and up to date. * Prepare and deliver proposals in partnership with operations and our different divisions, ensuring scope, budget, and pricing align with client expectations. * Consistently follow up with prospects and support clients throughout the decision-making process. * Collaborate with internal departments (recruiting, operations, customer success) to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts. * Maintain a positive, team-oriented culture while achieving individual and company sales goals. Qualifications * High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. * 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in facility services, building maintenance, staffing, or other service-based industries. * Strong prospecting, cold calling, and networking skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing to team success. * Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record required.
