About the Role: As a Sales Representative , you will serve as the connection between our company and customers, providing valuable benefits solutions. We offer a structured career path , with opportunities for advancement into management within 60-90 days , based on performance. No cold calling or soliciting required --our public relations team works with over 44,000 groups across North America to provide pre- qualified leads. Key Responsibilities: * Engage with clients to assess their needs and provide appropriate benefits solutions. * Maintain transparency and honesty in all client interactions. * Develop and refine sales skills through company-provided training. * Manage time effectively to meet sales goals and customer expectations. * Work closely with the team to achieve company objectives Qualifications & Requirements: * Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
